New mom Sarah Michelle Gellar was toting some very precious cargo as she arrived for a doctor's appointment in Brentwood, California yesterday (December 6): Her 2-month-old daughter Charlotte Grace!
Charlotte is the first child for the 32-year-old Buffy star and her husband Freddie Prinze Jr.
